All Jews of Kyiv and its environs must present themselves on Monday, September 29, 1941, by 8 am at the corner of Melnikova and Dokhtirevska streets (near the cemeteries). All should bring their identity papers, money, valuables, warm clothing, and linens, etc.
Those Jews who will not obey this ordinance and who are found elsewhere will be shot. Those who break into the apartments abandoned by the Jews and pillage their goods will be shot.
