Szigorúan bizalmas!
Megfelelő eljárás végett értesítem Alispán Urat, hogy a munkaszolgálatra alkalmasnak talált zsidókat Budapestről 1944. Évi november hó 6-ától kezdődőleg naponta a további intézkedésig gyalogmenetben a kijelölt munkahelyükre fogják kísérni. Az úton a kíséretet a m. kir. honvédség látja el, az alább megjelölt étkezető és háló állomásokon az őrzési szolgálatot pedig a m. kir. csendőrség végzi. Felhívom Alispán Urat, hogy az alábbi megjelölt időponttól kezdődőleg a további intézkedésig az alább felsorolt helyeken naponta 2000 személy részére megfelelő étkeztető és éjjelezési helyekről gondoskodjék. Személyenként a napi ellátás a megállapított kenyéradagból, valamint egy tál kiadós meleg ételből áll. Éjjelezési állomásnak olyan fedett helyiséget kell kijelölni, ahol a munkahelyükre kísért személyek a község lakosságától teljesen elkülöníthetők.
Az éjjelezési helyeken megfelelő számú latrináról is kell gondoskodni.
Fertőző betegség vagy elhalálozás esetén az illetékes községi orvost kell értesíteni.
Étkező és éjjelezési állomások:
1944. évi november hó 6-ától kezdve Piliscsaba,
1944. évi november hó 7-étől kezdve Dorog,
1944. évi november hó 8-ától kezdve Süttő,
1944. évi november hó 9-étől kezdve Szőny,
1944. évi november hó 10-étől kezdve Gönyű,
1944. évi november hó 11-étől kezdve Dunaszeg,
1944. évi november hó 12-étől kezdve Mosonmagyaróvár,
1944. évi november hó 13-ától pedig Hegyeshalom.
Végül felhívom Alispán Urat utasítsa a kijelölt étkeztető és éjjelezési állomások szerint illetékes járási főszolgabírót, hogy a helyi nyilas keresztes part hungarista mozgalom fegyveres pártszolgálatának tagjait a munkaszolgálatosok őrzésébe megfelelően vonja be.
A munkaszolgálatosok őrzéséhez beosztott fegyveres pártszervezeti tagoknak természetesen az őrzésért felelős m. kir. csendőrség utasításának megfelelően kell eljárni.
Az étkeztető és éjjelezési állomások megszervezéséről jelentést várok.
A m. kir. csendőrséget illetően külön rendelkeztem.

For a proper procedure, I hereby inform the Subprefect that the Jews from Budapest who were found suitable for labour service will be accompanied on foot to their assigned workplace, from the 6th of November 1944 on, until further measure. On the way, the escort will be carried out by the H.[ungarian] R.[oyal] Army, while the guard service at the catering and night stations will be provided by the H.[ungarian] R.[oyal] Gendarmerie. I notice the Subprefect to ensure, catering and night stations for 2,000 persons per day at the places listed below, from the date indicated below until further measure. The daily supply of a person should be the allotted portion of bread and a bowl of hearty warm meal. Covered premises should be designated for night stations, where the persons escorted to their workplace can be completely separated from the population of the municipality. There should be adequate number of latrines as well in the night stations. In case of contagious disease or death, the assigned public health officer should be informed.

Finally, I urge the Subprefect to direct the chief constables in charge who are responsible for the designated catering and night stations to involve the members of the armed party service of the local Arrow Cross Party - Hungarist Movement in the guard service of the labour servicemen. Evidently, the armed party members who are assigned to guard the labour servicemen must follow the instructions of the H.[ungarian] R.[oyal] Gendarmerie responsible for guarding.
I expect a report on the organization of catering and night stations.
Regarding the H.[ungarian] R.[oyal] Gendarmerie I will issue a decree separately.
