Vec: Donáthová Alžbeta Helena, Diviaky n/Nitr., žiadosť o oslobodenie podľa § 255. nar. čís. 198/1941. Sl. z.

Kancelária prezidenta republiky v Bratislave.
Úctive hlásim, že dôvody uvádzané v pripojenej žiadosti zodpovedajú skutočnosti. Žiadateľka je mravne zachovalá a ani v politickom ohľade niet proti nej žiadnych námietok. V dôsledku sústredenia Židov bola jej matka a stará matka odstransportovaná, takže sama žiadateľka teraz nežije s nikým v spoločnej domácnosti a je samotná.
Po stránke majetkovej oznamujem, že žiadateľka nemá žiadneho majetku mimo bytového zariadenia, ktoré jej bolo predbežne ponechané do rozhodnutia o tejto žiadosti. Nakoľko je úplne bez hmotných prostriedkov, žije len z milosti spoluobčanov, navrhuje sa dávku vyrúbiť v najnižšej sadzbe.
Konečne oznamujem, že žiadateľka nie je organizovaná v žiadnom spolku, hovorí po slovensky a hlásila k slovenskej národnosti.

I declare that the reasons given in the attached application correspond to the facts. The applicant lives a moral life, and there are no political objections to her. As a result of the concentration of Jews, her mother and grandmother were transported, so the applicant herself now does not live with anyone in her household and is alone.
In terms of property, I would like to inform you that the applicant does not have any property other than a few home furnishings which she has put aside as she awaits the decision on her application. Since she is entirely without material means, she lives only thanks to the kindness of her fellow citizens, so we propose setting the lowest possible fee.
The applicant is not affiliated with any associations. She speaks Slovak and identifies herself as a Slovak.
