A Városmajor-u.62.sz.alatti Nemzetközi Vöröskeresztbizottság Magyarországi Kirendeltsége védnöksége alatt álló szeretetkórházban 1944. nov. 4-én d.e. 4-5 egyenruhás rendőr jelentkezett és parancsot adott a IV. kerületi rendőrfelügyelő ur megbízásából a délutáni kiüritésre. Azonnal jelentették ezt telefonon a titkárságnak és a titkárság továbbjelentette a főkapitányságra. Solymossy főkapitányhelyettes ur volt szives nyomban intézkedni, ugyhogy a rendőrőrszoba időben parancsot kapott a kiürités megakadályozására.
1944. November 11-én mind a Városmajor-u. 64. alatt levő Nemzetközi Vöröskeresztbizottság Magyarországi Kirendeltsége védnöksége alatt álló Kórházat, mind az előbbi jelentésben emlitett szeretetházat körülvette a rendőrség és rögtöni kiüritési parancsot adott, félórát engedélyezve annak végrehajtására. A szeretetházban lévő kevésszámu olyan beutalt, aki járni tud, elvánszorgott az utasitás szerint a rendőrőrszobóhoz, ahol sorakozni kellett. Ott már csoportosan állottak budai zsidó házakból odaterelt zsidók. A Kórházvezetőség egyidejüleg közvetlenül a delegátus urnak tett jelentést telefonon, aki személyesen kiszállt. A helyszinen találkozott a belügyminiszter ur megbizottjával és telefonon intézkedett a védettsége alatt álló épület kiüritésére adott parancs visszavonása iránt. Ez után a kiköltöztetettek visszaköltöztek.

In the morning of the 11th of November, 1944, 4-5 police officers in uniform appeared at the nursing home in Városmajor s[treet]. Nr.62 which is under the patronage of the Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Hungary, and ordered the afternoon evacuation on behalf of the Police Inspector of District IV. This was reported immediately by telephone to the Secretariat, and the Secretariat reported it further to the Police Headquarters. Mr. Solymossy, Deputy Chief of Police, was willing to take action immediately, so the police station received orders in time to prevent the evacuation.
On the 11th of November, 1944, both the hospital, which is under the patronage of the Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Hungary, on Városmajor street 64, and both the nursing home mentioned in the previous report was surrounded by the police, and they gave immediate evacuation order, with a given half an hour allowed for its implementation. A small number of referrals in the nursing home, who could walk, staggered to the police station in accordance with the instructions, where they had to line up. There were already Jews standing in groups, who were herded there from the Jew houses of Buda. The management of the hospital has made a report at the same time by phone directly to the delegate, who visited the place personally. He met with the representative of the Minister of Internal Affairs on the spot, and arranged by phone for the withdrawal of the given order to evacuate the building under his patronage. After this, the people who had been moved out, moved back.
